## Overview

Account-based pricing is a B2B e-commerce feature that allows assigning users to a company (your customer) and makes all such users seeing the price list that you have assigned to the company.

It means that you can manage custom pricing or promotions for the customer company knowing that every user inside the customer company will get the right pricing.

In case you maintain different contracts for different departments of the same company (what may happen when working with enterprises) you also can assign a specific price list to each department so that a user from a department will see relevant prices.
