## Overview

An option for returns and exchanges. The solution should provide a returns document for consequential reconciliation.

- It should be implemented as part of the integration.
- The order module should be extended with `Order Exchange document` which will keep the current exchange status and all properties.
- The order module should be extended with `Order Returns document` which will keep the current returns status and all properties.
- The update of these document can be a trigger for other business processes.
