:Possiblity of OCR in Virto?

Hi,
We occasionally encounter situations where members upload incorrect prescriptions when ordering contact lenses, leading us to cancel those orders.

Does Virto offer an OCR API that can read the prescription and verify it against the order to ensure accuracy? Do you have any suggestions on how we can address this issue?

I know we can always use third party APIs but was checking to see if someone else worked on the similar issue?

Yes, We are working under PoC that integrates AI capability with prescriptions/invoices for bulk upload, I will ping you when the demo is ready.
