Virto Commerce CLI and could not load file or assembly 'System.Configuration.ConfigurationManager, Version=6.0.0.0

Problem
When you run VC-BUILD command you can see System.IO.FileLoadException: Could not load file or assembly 'System.Configuration.ConfigurationManager, Version=6.0.0.0 error message.

Reason
The problem exists if you install .NET SDK 6.0.400. Looks, Microsoft team forced version reference from MS Build on ConfigurationManager.

Solution
Run this command to update VirtoCommerce.GlobalTool to the latest version:

dotnet tool update VirtoCommerce.GlobalTool -g
