The OrganizationId is now included for each quote item when saved in the QuoteItem table, ensuring a more reliable link between quotes and their associated organizations.

A new UseGlobalTenantId property has been introduced in the SequenceNumberGeneratorOptions class to support a global counter for orders across all stores/tenants.
